Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
7x800 at 3k pace (2:25, 2:26, 2:25, 2:25, 2:26, 2:25, 2:24) with 2:30 rest. wasn't a hard workout on paper, but i felt like shit all day. i haven't been taking care of my body at all due to midterms taking away sleep and breakfast, but now that they're over for now, hopefully I can get into a healthier rhythm and easier workouts like this won't be so taxing (after the first rep, my legs felt dead and my form broke down on almost every rep. it wasn't smooth at all).
did 3x150 with 250m jog after the workout. then when i got back i did barefoot drills and strides on the practice turf.
