Weather: Indoor Track

Comments:
Today I didn't have a long time to workout, so I warmed up, ran 3 miles hard. I took a quick break and cooled odwn. Definitely the hardest day so far; first time I really felt like my body was struggling hard was in the second mile of the hard run. My goal is to run a half marathon on the indoor track before the year is out, so I can focus on running and not scenery. Once the weather is 50 or so outside I will start running outdoors.
