Comments:
very solid day of training. workout was 200s on/off (most on segments were 36 or 37, most off segments were 45 to 47) continuously for 4800 m, with a final time of 16:44 for three miles. not much of a hard workout until the last lap, but it was a good aerobic workout for this point in the season. extended the cooldown to keep mileage up since workout wasn't too intense. bobby said we'll do this again later with 35/45's, which should be harder. ive been sleeping better which has reflected in how ive been feeling in practice. lower back has been hurting recently
