Great 5K time today! Best yet. I almost didn't workout, too. Had to fight some willpower and a very full stomach, but I did it. Also, I've kind of decided something. I think running at home gives me almost a full 1.0 mph advantage over gym treadmills. That's okay though, if I can do 7mph at home my hope is that I'll be able to do a 5K at 6mph at the gym.
