Weather: sunny, really windy, but luckily it was a tail wind going up the hill
Comments:
quite a bit faster than last week, i think my legs are starting to wake up finally, didn't hurt that i had farkas chasing me down and that i had a tail wind instead of a headwind this week too. but either way, i felt better, and my arms felt really strong, they helped pull me that last minute or so of each interval.
