Comments:
Ran with Anna, 3xmile on the indoor track. Coach told me 6:10. I did 6:10, 6:08, 6:12. Was kind of wanting that last one to be faster, but I'm not too beat up about it. Felt way better than Tuesday. Just a bit less out of shape than I have been. So...that's good. Cooled down a little inside, then went out for 2.
