Comments:
Today was an...ok day. I ran with Gabe and Keely but i felt like crap. it sucks cuz i ran great on monday. My knee was hurting even with the brace on, my toes felt like they were beign crunched in my tenishous, i have a major cut on the back of my ancle, and my legs just felt dead today. On the upside though i was able to sprint two 200m and mile paced the 3rd. I'm sore from lifting but it feels great.. i'm getting in good shape in comparison to when i started and that is all i can hope for. But from now on i am scratching rail road track work outs...they make all my joints hurt therefore they are officially out!!!
