Comments:
race day! I didn't feel as good about my races as lasttime.. I felt slower and my throat was killing me the whole time:l I ran the 800 (4 x 800), the mile, and the 400 (4 x 400). it was an alright meet, and it was moving AHEAD of schedule, surprisingly.
