Weather: Indoors: nice
Comments:
Went at a pace slower than cardio so I wouldn't get sweaty. No time for a shower. Went backwards to work the opposite muscles I run with. Decided to do this rather than walking over lunch because a) less impact, b) works other muscles c) burns more calories.
