then 800 recovery and 2 200s with 200 recovery (28, 28)
felt very weak on the 300, my legs would not carry me down the final straight. felt very awkward running fast in general. a little worrisome that im only predicted to be able to run a 2:06 right now... hopefully thats not accurate
