kind of a bitchy workout

Weather: cold, a little windy on the backstretch

Comments:
8 x 500 at mile pace, hit between 66 high-69 through the 400 and then 1:23-1:27 for the full thing, got pretty rough after only a few and going on 2:30 rest for most of it before dropping down to 2 min for the last 2 didn't help, felt fatigued throughout and still sore as shit
