Comments:
Did a loop around Cardiff Bay. Had to book it to get there because I left late. Story of my life today; too much running around.
So I really want to run the BUCS outdoor track championships in May. They're on the London Olympic Stadium!!! But the Cardiff club organizer guy told me that my PR's aren't fast enough :( which I find hard to believe, looking at the results from last year and knowing the girls in the club. He said he'd be happy to enter me in the FOUR BY FOUR. wtf, dear god!!!!! This cannot be happening to me. I'm going to write back and beg to run the 10k. I'd rather to ANYTHING but the 4by4.
Left calf tight again. Need food. Tired. Angry. Meh. Blah. Mope.
