Nice day for running. Since my legs were feeling fatigued during the end of the run yesterday, I decided to make the pace feel very slow today. I was pleasantly surprised that I was still around 7 flat pace. I'm feeling a bit better about my running because I was feeling really down on it last week. I just need to keep reminding myself to be patient. Even if Boston doesn't go well, there are races after that.
