Comments:
I maintained 72s for the first ten 400s, then finished up in 71 and 70. During the workout, I was disappointed at the level of effort I needed to exert to do what seemed like it should have been a particularly easy workout. As I look back on it, though, 72s is probably not easy enough to where I should have felt great the whole time. Still, I perceive a lack of endurance in my running this week and it concerns me.
