Exercise Type: Run

Montour trail long run...anytime I go long at the trail, I tell myself I'm going to go 14 and I usually end up changing that to 12, then 10, and I'm lucky if I even do 8...well today I did the full 14. If I'm going to keep doing this running shit, I'm going to do it right.
Pit stop around 9 miles.
Real chill house party with a few friends last night, ended up being a lot of fun, managed to get this run in, hit 47 miles in the past 7 days, everything's good
Might race W&J this next weekend to keep the tradition alive. Two years ago, I ran it to because no one would give me the opportunity to travel with the team, so I had to make my own. I raced the 1500 and 800 there and ran well enough to get me on the bus. Last year, the morning of the race, I buried my Grandfather...in the race, I finished 4th in 15:23, a 22 second PR in some of the worst racing conditions ever.
This year, the plan is to hit the 15:05 qualifier I'd need to get into Jesse Owens two weeks later. Do I think I can hit it? Not really, but there's a chance, so why not try? I'm certainly not one to back down easily.
