warm job then with 75lb gas 1.lunges for 1 min 2. from ground to shoulder to fully extended 3.press side to each shoulder 4. weave between cones then 3 jumps on stools 5. ropes swings with arms 6. sledge hammer over the top 6. sledge hammer stays above shoulder side to side 7. obstacles course 3 times
