Comments:
Did the Michigan. 1200, 1000, 800, 400. Felt fine, for the Michigan. Was fast on 1200, on pace 1000, pretty on pace 800, slowass 400. Between threshold and E pace in between each. Ran with Katie most of the time, plus Gaby for warm ups and cooldowns. Guesstimated the running "rest"
