4.4 miler w/out music new technique?

Weather: low 70s breezy, clear

Comments:
Nice run, to Clinton & 26. No ipod, nice run! not a lot to say. Tried new technique of kicking the feet forward my HR was lower and I think I had a faster pace but we will see how it turns out in the long run.

I did have a harder time at the lower HR Avg. Was expecting to hit a 170 avg, but my body was not up for it. I need more water.
