Comments:
ran with a decent-sized group for the fartlek in the north park area. the workout was 3min on (5k-pace) and 2min easy. warmed up out north park to coventry, then started out along south park by the first lake to shaker, lee, south park, warrensville, shelburne, north park, then added an extra half-loop around the first lake to finish the workout. ran the fartlek for 40 minutes-- 8 hard sections. cooled down back to veale. got some food and water, then day1wk3 lift with wyatt. static 1, spartan2x20
