1x800 broken @ 200 (check pacing at 200).  Times=2:55, 2:54, 2:52, 2:45.  The first 200 felt good and strong at about 70% effort.  I screwed up the 2nd 200 b/c I stopped after 100 thinking I did 200.  So the time is the sum of both 100s.  On the last one, I felt that I had to pass both Marty and John, so I put some extra effort into that one and the time shows it.
8x25(10") no breathers.  Too hard.  I was able to hold my breath for the 1st 25 and the 5th 25.  On the others I had to take one breath near the middle of the length.  I was relaxed and moderately slow, but I still struggled for air.
