Countdown : 20days !!!
Today I ran 2.5miles. The distance will be increased little bit until the race day. I started from start and made a big circle around Science Center. I passed the Penn Hall Drive and Field House. From that, it was same as Commerce Street loop.
At first I put too much energy on my right leg so it was difficult to run fast. I am used to breathing evenly, however the thing is my legs. Sometimes I feel pain on my toe or leg. Before running, I should enough stretch for my legs.
