Comments:
since i took off running the past couple days i didn't want to over strain my heel and do a progressive tempo run so i met catt on the track to do some intervals with him. he did a 4642 46 workout and i joined him on the 464 and 4. he didnt do the last 600 because he felt pretty bad. i put out 3 barriers for each rep and tried to hit sub 72 second reps. heel hurt on the warm up and when i was standing waiting for the next interval. after i got home it hurt to walk on so i dont know what is up now.
