Weather: 60, cloudy
Comments:
2 mile warmup, 7x 400 with a 400 jog recovery. 64, 64, 62, 60, 60, 58, 58. Felt sluggish at the start, put on the spikes after number 3 and started rolling. The 58's were probably a little excessive. Probably would have been better to run 60-62 for all of them. My left quad cramped up bad on the cool down, but it is nothing major. Feel a little light headed still but not nearly as bad as it was after some of the tough cross A1's.
