Comments:
3x1 Mile Repeats.
Didn't have an exact rest. After first I had to use the bathroom, after second just waited until my heart-rate settled.
Had a very very slight downhill with the wind in my face on the way out, wind at my back but a slight uphill on the way back so it worked out!
