Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
really good meet. ran prs in both events, and i think i could've run faster. in the 1500, i didn't really know how fast i could run, but coach said i had the fastest seed, so i should win, and i led the first lap in a 65. that seemed a little fast, so i chilled for the second lap and ran a 69. it was time to go then, so i went. the last two laps were hard, and i was happy with my finish.
ran some in between, then got ready for the 8. the 800 was dec. i got kinda boxed, and wanted to pass this kid in front of me, but would've had to go out to lane 4 to get around some other kids. so i would've gone out harder. i pushed the 400-600, like coach told me, but i would've run the rest of the race faster if i could. the last 100m my legs were pretty tired, and i couldn't have run a lot faster.
