Workout. 600s at target 800 pace. My pace was 1:35 and i was 4 seconds off on my first, just wasn't mentally in it. Second one i was right on, and the third i was fast by a second. Ran with dan and kevin for the warmup, felt pretty good my shins actually felt great today.
