1600-4:46 (windy, dead legs. probably could have ran faster though)
800-don't want to talk about it. (but it was 2:15)
400-57 (actually a pr)

feeling dead. aerobically i felt good, especially during the 800. my legs, however, are feeling the effects of the high mileage. having trouble with speed hopefully that will improve with some more speed work.
