Weather was glorious. I covered the liner in my shorts with athletic lubricant to prevent a repeat of yesterday and it worked. Not having that problem was the highlight of my day. Anyways 2 up, 4x2k 30 seconds recovery on Fast Bowl, 7:02, 6:57, 6:54, 6:48. This was pretty damn hard, Kaleb will deny it but was inching the pace up as we went. I knew there was going to be consequences for rolling on Monday. Mile cooldown, stretch, core, ice. Time to play the recovery game for Friday.
