Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
6:15, 12:28, 18:43, 19:22 (5K), 24:46. The goal was to pr the 10k distance, but I could tell after a couple miles that it wasn't going to happen. Rather than go for the gold and leave my tank empty for the rest of the week, I got a quality shorter run in and saved the gas. I need an easy week anyway, with the effort I've been putting in.
