20x Push-Ups

20x Squats
200m Run
Then did 5 minutes of Rotating Planks (1 min: front, side, front, side, front). Then jogged back!
Was going to do a ruck today but decided I wanted just one more day of not lugging around something on my back :) Boots felt amazing running and everything though
