Comments:
20min tempo on mlk with corey. felt pretty good on the way out, but our splits weren't that fast (5:40-5:50). tried to pick it up on the way back, only kind of succeeded. it was really windy for the last mile, and i thought i was pushing the pace, and ran a 5:50. i guess i'm just tired from the weekend.
jogged to the track for 200s, but found the high jump pit overturned onto the track, so corey, coach and i rearranged it. then got out a hurdle and started to get ready. the 200s were over the water barrier and a hurdle on the home stretch. a bunch of john hay kids showed up and got in the way. the water jumps were good, the hurdles were dec until the last one, when i nailed it. 4x200m at :33-34
mile cooldown on the track. pushups, dips, sand jumps, for lifting. jog back to veale. static 1, roll.
