my ankle hurt on both the wup and cdown. barefoot on the 1st 3(grass). then in the ozweego's for the last 3(track). splits: 4:52 4:56 5:00 4:50 4:54 4:56. turned my ankle on the 3rd one and it hurt pretty bad. felt good i was just playing track.
