Comments:
3 sets of: 300(hurdles), 400, 300(hurdles), 200, at R pace with 60sec rest between reps and jog lap between sets
times were 50-52s, 66s, 32s
felt pretty lactic on the reps really got jello legs and had to work hard. the hurdles were not as easy as i would have liked.
