flying sumos

sick yesterday. not a running day. on tv there were football players strength training by strapping themselves into harnesses that were attached to other harnesses that were strapped onto sumo wrestlers. the goal was to go from a standing start and make the sumos fall on their butts, and they took those freeze frame photos of them in midair, flying backwards. It was very entertaining.
