Comments:
2 lap shakeout. 8 min warmup. 1600 m run. 5 min cooldown. Then 400 meter run. 4 min cool down. My shins felt pretty good, but had a sore throat and felt shitty throughout the entire day. Didnt go as hard as i wanted to the third lap and saved way to much.
