well today's track meet was GREAT!! in a way and not so great in others. I ran the 800 and i felt good starting out.i felt i could have gone much faster in the beggining if those mountain view runner girls had not boxed kali and myself in, it was crazy cuz you tried to pass them and they would move to prevent you from doing so. but besides that i felt good about the run i tried to kick it in at the end but it felt a bit tough, i was able to beat my goal by one second. I need another goal sheet since i have lost my old one =[ i want to get better at the 800 and see where it takes me,,,i would have to say considering that this was my first 800 race ever i feel prety confident that i can take that time down even more,,hope we play frisbee tomorrow i love that game, but also i have a 400 time trial ahh i guess we'll see where i am on that too...well congratulations to you all you guys you did so wonderful =]
