Comments:
Felt much better than yesterday. Quads are not sore. Felt very strong. Hard, controlled but tough effort. Wind made the first 1.5 M very hard which kind of left me drained. Last mile was very good. Still had power when I'm usually gutting it out and slowing down. Good sign
