Exercise Type: Run

it was cold today. kinda sucked. but i ran today! i felt a lot better this morning, and my leg could support weight pretty effectively. still not perfect, but i ran and it felt ok. i can't do a butt-kick motion. it's kind of like what happened when i fell-- when my knee bends the whole way and is moving quickly. that's when it hurts. also, when i pushed off of the leg crossing lee it hurt a little bit. that explosive movement is still sore. getting there though. step 1.
