Comments:
I felt really tired warming up. It was a pretty tough week of training so I didn't really feel that good. The race broke off into two groups right away. I stayed towards the back of the second group. Came through the mile in 5:00, picked it up a bit for two laps to get to the front of the pack. Came through 2 miles in 9:59 with 6 other guys in the chase pack. We started to pick it up a bit and I went with the guys up front. Worked hard to get up to the front with 200 to go... and got rocked in the last 100m. I was racing tired and it showed. Pleased with the time though, wanted to break 15:30 and got it done. I've got a long way to go if I want to hold this for another 3k on grass in 7 months.
