Easy run today!!! i wasn't feeling too good though..yesterday after the 800 my calfs cramped up in the car. so they were sore today, also i had a crazy side ache,=[. Keely and i ran together arround the school and almost made it to tully, we turned back and on the way back we almost got ran over =0 nah thats not true hee hee but it was still a fun run.

After what rusty told us today of how if you push yourself you will do better in the end i feel more confident and determined. Keely and i are thinking of doing two a days this spring break week.....lol i guess we'll see how it turns out.
