Comments:
Did a quick mile then did some core and overall work in prep for the first day of practice tomorrow. Hoping I haven't overdone anything. Feel fine. Some left ankle pain around the mile mark. Burned 182.6 calories on the run, rounding to an even 200 from the rest of my workout.
