Comments:
With the help of Derek Scott Casciano running alongside me, keeping me on pace and giving me motivation, I accomplished today's goal of breaking 20 at the Turtle Trot 5K. I run the race every year, but set a new course PR this morning in 19:54, which was good enough for second overall female. Feeling good.
