Comments:
Just a little lingering soreness in quads. Knee soreness during the run that seemed to get a little worse by last mile. Felt like garbage and HR was elevated for an easy run. Def lost a lot of conditioning during time off so I could be in for trouble for half marathon. Hopefully knee will hold up for me.
