Comments:
Felt very heavy warming up, I guess the racing caught up to me. Did our normal warmup loop and went into it. We were 2:26 on the first one, then 2:20-2:23 on the next 5. Kaleb, Matt and I jogged a 400 between each one. After the 6th one Gomez said if we can put 4 guys under 2:20 on the 7th we don't have to do the last one. I spiked up and pulled Kaleb along to a 2:08. Like last week, probably a little excessive. Did a mile and a half cooldown. The last one was not by any means all-out, but it was still stupid. Just because I can do things doesn't mean I should do them at this stage in the game. My knees were bothering me a little today and I have to not be a dumbass and stay healthy.
