Weather: hot, humid as hell

felt tired from work, and stuff, forgot to eat before, so i felt pretty weak, couldn't stop sweating even after stopping the run because it was so humid. ran a little too fast though, shouldn't go into runs with the "just crank it out and get it over with" mentality, because it's not going to be very good for my legs in the long run. also, allergies are killing me right now. damn cottonwoods. On a happier note though, i bought a sweet bike today and i can't wait to get it monday!

house, np, sp, np, around all lakes and up on the muddy trail.

no ups today, wayyy too tired and week after the run. and hungry. and dehydrated.
