wow!! i am so tired we ran some hills today!. keely and i ran the first part pretty hard but then as we got toward the middle of the work out i could swear that my legs were going to give out, my lungs werent tired it was just my clafs they were exhausted =/ but i still loved it the nature run was amazing through the trees and over the stream. i dont particularly like hills but i read somewhere that they are helpful for when you run, like with speed and stuff....i hope so. gonna go work out later...=[ im just worn right now!!! ahhh what?? i was not sleeping coach....ok fine i was heehee but dont worry i dont plan on sleeplin in tommorrow!! even if it will be as hard as hell...i am proud of keely as well and thank you keely for getting me out of bed today,,it was soooooo worth it =]
