Ladder Workout

Weather: windy and chilly

Comments:
Did a really tough workout in the wind today. It warmed up a little but was still pretty cold throughout the day. Did a two mile warmup, then did 800 1200 1600 1600 1200 800. The rest was 2:00 2:30 3:00. Felt fine for the first two reps but felt sluggish once we hit the miles. Surprisingly, I felt good once we finished up the second 1600. The last part of the workout was fine. I struggled but never broke form. Felt very smooth. Two mile cooldown after.
