Comments:
Knee felt HORRIBLE today. While walking, carrying anything, etc. It was bad. I am sure it is because maybe I pushed myself to hard or did to many miles or most likely my pace is too fast. The pace sucks but for starting out running again it might be to fast but I find it hard to slow myself down when I run alone as I feel if I don't go all out I won't improve, at least not as fast. Took today off, likely tomorrow as well and hope to be back at it Saturday.
