Comments:
3 mile tempo today with a goal pace of 6:00 miles. Started out exactly on pace unlike last week so that helped. Glad to see I can keep 6:00 pace for 3 miles at this point. Long way to go still.
Found a 5 dollar bill on my cooldown.
