Lunchtime Run

Weather: 82 and sunny

Ran a couple hours after getting back from the CLE. I knew it was going to be hot when I ran, but I wanted to practice some more heat running. Did the 2 x lane loop so I could get water halfway through. Pleased with how this run went overall. Stayed mentally tough throughout
